Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments made to the Company are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing. Once a project, subscription, or service has commenced, no refunds shall be issued.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests at its sole discretion.
For subscription-based services, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided.
The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond its reasonable
control, including third-party dependencies or customer-side issues.
By engaging with the Company, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
